Once you download it to your phone, READ EVERYTHING CLOSELY so that you understand each step - and if you have any questions, contact me well before your departure date so that we can go over the specifics of your trip. You should click on each of the document links (little paperclip icons) so that everything is saved to the app on your phone. Then, when you need to look up a document, you'll have access to it, even if you don't have wifi at the time. When you do have wifi, it will update the flight info automatically (gates, departure times, etc) and you can even message me for free from the app.
